This amazing grouping is MINE!

In November 1964 I wrote to the FBI requesting copies of current Post Office Wanted Posters for my JHS report on federal crime fighting.

I had no idea that Director Hoover would respond to me personally! See his letter above. And no idea that instead of current posters -- which were, due to Bureau regulations, unavailable to non-law enforcement personnel -- Mr. Hoover would  send me this amazing original assortment of posters of some of the most legendary and notorious wanted bandits of the 1930s! All Mint, marked 'CANCELLED.' As well as then current FBI informational booklets.

This is a unique historical document grouping.

PLEASE NOTE:

The posters came single-stapled together at the top as shown. I've left them this way to preserve originality. They are 100% visible. I will of course provide photos to genuinely interested collectors.
