WHOLESALE INFORMATION

LOST WORLDS offers its Line and Manufacturing capability to qualified Wholesale Accounts to:

A)   Retail the LOST WORLDS Line.

B)   Distribute the LOST WORLDS Line.

C)   Private Label LOST WORLDS production items.

D)  Contract LOST WORLDS to produce clothing for them.


      All Products made by LOST WORLDS at our own factory.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANT RETAILERS:

A)   Minimum Initial Order for Wholesale Account: 15 Leather units.
       (Minimum 5 units per Style); 25 Non-Leather units.

B)   Minimum Annual Order for Wholesale Account: 30 Leather units.
       50 Non-Leather Units. 

C)   Applicant may not compete with existing LOST WORLDS
        Internet Retail Sales. 

D)   LOST WORLDS must approve any advertising or use of
       LOST WORLDS name and brand names. Applicant may
       not engage in practices detrimental to above.

E)   Wholesale Prices, Shipping Information, etc. pending
       Application.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PRIVATE LABEL:

A) Minimum Quantity: 50 units. (Private Label may not compete
     with LOST WORLDS products.) 100 Non-Leather Units.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOM WHOLESALE MANUFACTURE:

A) Minimum Quantity: 50 units (Leather). 100 Non-Leather.

B) Sample Costs (estimated): $825.00 (Leather), $330.00 (Fabric)

TERMS:

All Wholesale Orders must be Prepaid. No Net Terms are offered. Possible Exceptions: Law Enforcement and Special Applications Manufacture.
